Part 2 – plane crash
Home is where the heart is – Tito Jackson
Surviving a plane crash, Abeeso wakes up. Her eyes are getting adjusted to the bright light above her, and as she is lifting her hand trying to block the light, she finds herself frozen, turned into a stone. Because the hand she sees is not her hand but the hand of a machine. She lifts up her other hand and is met by the same sight. A doctor tries to reassure her that she is safe now – “The plane crash had you in a critical condition. This team, to the best of our abilities, was able to save you. It will take time to get adjusted to this new body of yours, which is why we recommend you also invest in therapy. You can get up now and try to move around, and see how it feels.”
